Our family, including our little ones, experienced a seamless check-in process with a delightful old lady, who even whipped up the most mouthwatering pancakes. While language barriers exist, the staff's Italian-only policy didn't hinder their helpfulness.We marveled at the convenient area shuttle service, a godsend for exploring nearby gems hassle-free. Remember, all family members should be present at check-in, ensuring a smooth start to your stay. La Mamma's presence added a touch of home, serving as a beacon of hospitality.Our highlight? Opting for the full day parking card eased our travel woes. Tonfoni's charm lies in these familial touches, making it a cozy retreat for all. However, inconsistencies in service remain. A mixed bag of experiences, but one worth exploring for a true taste of Italian hospitality.
